Below you will find instructions on how to download the e-book. Hopefully this will answer any questions you may have.

I have info for Mac's and PC's below

To downloaded the book, right click on the link and then choose "save as target" from the menu?

If you left clicked the file and already have adobe reader on your pc, it would have loaded only in your browser, and not saved on your pc. When you close your browser, you will lose the book from your system.

So when you click on the download link...

Right click the link and choose the option "save as target". Which should bring up a folder with a default save location, which you can change. (Remember to note the file location as this is where your books stored) then click save and the file will download to this location.

You may have saved the book correctly, but lost its location. This sort of thing happens to everyone.

What do you do?

I'm assuming you are using a PC and not a MAC.

First click on the start menu in the left bottom corner of the screen, then when the menu pops up scroll to SEARCH.

This will automatically open a side menu

In this menu move your mouse over, then click on "for files and folders"

Then fill in the name of the folder your looking for "p.e." then click search, and it should find it, if not ensure your pc is looking in all hard drives selectable through the look in menu.

If you have a MAC (This also works for pc's)

To download the book, just click on the download link, (left click for pc's.) and let it open in your browser, in adobe reader.

#Note; your Mac may seem to freeze when it loads. This is not a fault. Please wait and it will eventually load the file.#

Then you will see that adobe opens its own menu bar in your browser which gives you the option to save the file. Click on this (only when the file has fully loaded) and save as file name "P.E."

Again, please note the file location. That's it!

We automatically send an email to all customers upon purchase. If you did not receive this or have not received an answer to an email then read this section in full.

Are your messages going to your junk folder. Please check. We have multiple email addresses and domains that we send through if there is a problem. If you are sure you have not received our email, email us again and we will post through a different domain. Not all email services like a domain with "ejaculation" in the domain name and that could be the problem.

Our receipt and customer service email is from (Louise) and the domain is (cureprematureejaculation.com) just put the email equivalent of an 'at' in-between the name and domain name to form our email address without the "()" and place it in your safe list. Ask your email provider how to do this as they're all different and therefore we can't answer these questions.

Wrong email addresses are a main cause of you not receiving your product. A lot of people jumble letters as they type causing misprints.

Try sending yourself a test email.

Aol problems. Aol is notoriously difficult to send to so I would suggest you use an alternative free email address. Our emails wont be the only ones you are missing. Hotmail are great, I also like fastmail

Work email addresses. If you are using a client and server type network at work then it's very likely that your emails are filtered before they get to you. To you it just looks like we never reply. I've had some very abusive and threatening emails from someone who was on this type of system and didn't realize this was the problem. So please contact us on a personal email address. Hotmail are great, I also like fastmail

I would suggest using a private email address when you purchase. If you don't have one you can get a free one from hotmail, yahoo or fastmail.

Work email addresses are problematic because spam filters don't let our mail through.

Aol members will find a lot or emails don't get through and I would suggest you sign up for a hotmail of yahoo email address as this will avoid any email problems.
