7. Is Masturbation A Cause Of Premature Ejaculation?

Taoists believe that all types of ejaculation (fast or slow, masturbation or intravaginal) causes the body to enter a regenerative state because vital nutrients are past to the female in the ejaculate. This nutritional loss was perceived to be detrimental to men and caused our bodies to suffer every time we ejaculate. This is why Taoists named ejaculation “the little death”.
This explains why you become tired after ejaculation as your body enters a state of regeneration.
Therefore over masturbation causes too much loss of vital nutrients putting a huge strain on your body. This fatigue leads to a lack of sexual control and is a result of sexual exhaustion. This is a cause of weak erections.

Taoists being the clever people that they are, found a resolve to this. They learnt to separate orgasm and ejaculation. I know it sounds odd as we think of them being one and the same. But by separating orgasm and ejaculation all the vital nutrients in the ejaculate are retained and your body never has to pull on its reserves to regenerate sperm and the remainder of your ejaculate.
Even a vasectomiesed man still ejaculates as sperm only makes up a small portion of your ejaculate which is made in the testicles. A vasectomy involves cutting and sealing the tubes to the testicles.
The rest of your ejaculate comes from the seminal vesicle which is located directly underneath your prostate.
Taoists not only found huge health benefits through retaining their ejaculation but also learnt that they could extend the length of time they lasted by with holding ejaculation as it doesn’t cause the come down after ejaculation (feeling of tiredness). This allowed them to continue making love after orgasm, giving them great control over how long they lasted. This is known as one form of multi-orgasm.
